HDE is a specialist in the development, assembly and distribution of equine dental equipment.

80 % of HDE’s business comes from exports to 65 countries thanks to a distribution network that sells primarily to equine specialists and mixed veterinarians as well as equine dentists.

HDE North America is affiliated to HDE France. The American market has a potential similar to the European one and HDE North America is also developing the South American Market. This is one of the reasons the position is based in Miami.

The role of the US & Latin America Sales Manager is crucial to Horse Dental Equipment!

Job responsabilities will include but not be limited to :

  • Support the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values
  • Work closely with the HDE distributors and collaborate across their organization to support a broad range of efforts focused on securing new sales
  • Visit existing clients to build a positive relationship and to ensure a great experience for every client
  • Oversee special events in area. This includes seeking participation in the appropriate special events, registration, logistical coordination between the distributor and the event staff, actual attendance and representation on behalf of HDE
  • Conduct sales presentations to customers
  • Acquisition of new customers in Latin America
  • Be responsible for growing the business by both maintaining an existing portfolio of business and gaining new business

Job requirements

  • Full time
  • 50 K $ / year & target-based bonus
  • Other benefits for you & your family
  • Travel is expected 2 or 3 times a month in the USA and abroad (Canada, Latin America, France)
  • Based in Miami

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years’ experience ; have the ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of customers
  • Results-oriented person with intense drive to generate new business
  • Have the ability to work using your own initiative
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Excellent negotiation skills, persuasive
  • Business languages are English, French and Spanish ; Portuguese would be a plus
