COMMERCIAL ENGINEER INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER (W/M)
COMMERCIAL ENGINEER INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER
Main Missions :
Make clients quotations and drive your projects in terms of cost and delay, working with french teams.
New targets prospection and dévelopment of our regional/national/neighbouring countries (SK, AU, DE, HU, PL…) clients portfolio.
- Clients requests and specification analysis in order to make corresponding quotations. Goal : Technical feasibility and achievement of rentability and profit margin, while garanteeing feedback.
- Individual definition of pre-project with well-reasoned quotation. Gardian of the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and their rentability.
- Drive your projects with different steps (lanching organisation, RCI and RI internal steps, intermediary points etc.). Goal : Rate your projects from internal lanching to project conclusion.
- Assure that what is concepted is compatible to what was sold, with the help of internal relay (different managers) and internal steps. Goal : No difference compared to clients specifications.
- Assure the supply anticipation when possible.
- Be the clients interface at the different steps of the projects and dispatch to technical experts if necessary.
- Participate to the different reviews or assure of thethe good organisation of these steps.
- Give a regular progress report and GANTT planning to the client (at the quotation, at launching etc.) taking into account the global charge (see with the planning manager). Inform the clients of the eventual excesses.
- Assure of the budget information transmission to the other members of the project team.
- Identify upsteam of each project the risks and participate to their suppression during the project.
- Follow up and traceability of all the conversations and modifications asked.
- Participate at the weekly commercial points within the group and rigourously raise the quotations asking of the clients.
- Respect the safety instructions in clients buildings. Goal : O accident.
- Assure your project experience feedback (project conclusions organisation).
- Be technology intelligent on the market evolutions and waitings.
