Your Overall Role and our added value

Run a branch: from recruitment tips to sales materials and technical know-how etc., our experts will coach you on the tricks of the trade (6-weeks). We aim to be transparent and provide on-going assistance to help you reach goals.

Your Main Tasks

To generate leads using our efficient marketing techniques (leaflets, mailings, fairs, open days, etc).

To attend meetings with homeowners and draw up trade proposals (around 3 meetings a day).

To manage and train technicians on-site (every morning until mid-day), increase their motivation and performance.

To plan the production, manage the branch (turnover, procurement, advertising, profitability,) and produce activity reporting (around 0,5 to 1 day / week).

Wanted profile

Who we seek?

Profile: A motivated and business-minded professional. No landscaping experience required although you should have a keen interest in the industry, believe in our products and endorse our core values to thrive in your career and get long term rewards beyond expectations.

Background:

A minimum of 3 years of B2C sales representative experience ideally within the UK residential refurbishment market (windows, portals, pools, etc.) and with a proven record of exceeding your KPIs; OR

A degree in relation to green spaces/landscaping and 3 years of professional experience; OR

3 years in a profit centre head position for a construction company or public works with managerial experience.

Your salary and reward package

Fixed salary + bonuses + car + telephone + laptop + expenses.

The Next Steps

We’ll first arrange an informal phone call with suitable candidates, the International development manager will then meet the pre-selected candidate. Then the successful candidate will be in immersion for 4 weeks to get familiar with the job and environment. From September 2020, he/she will attend a 6-weeks training at the HQ in France and receive a full on-going support.
