We are the leading player in France for collaborative, last-mile, peer-to-peer delivery.

Founded in 2016 Shopopop is a platform-based service aiming to connect private individuals who want to make side-money by delivering products (Shoppers) with Retailers that want to reach their customers in a fast and flexible way.

We mainly, but not exclusively, operate in the Grocery-supermarket industry, where we currently collaborate with more than 2000 retail stores and serving over 300k customers for a total of 1M deliveries done so far.

Shopopop is now looking forward to European expansion and in search of talents to join the Portuguese Team

Shopopop has been in full development in Portugal for several months. That is why we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and commercial collaborator to expand our sales department.

The profile we are looking for will be working in a fast-changing environment and has to be able to handle "out-of-his-area" tasks before settling into a definitive role.

Your mission is to expand the network of partners in the country.

After an initial period of training, he/she will be working both in the Lisbon office and on the field, with the aim of growing the country's customer base and revenue.


The profile will be referring and working closely with the Country Manager, and also with the Marketing and Customer Service team.

The Candidate will also have the chance to grow his/her professional skills and take a role of responsibility in the future commercial team and also learn how to use advanced sales solution softwares such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Professional.

Wanted profile

We are looking for a go-getter who is not afraid of making many calls and scout customers all the way until the closing and follow-up.


The required Hard Skills are:

- Previous professional experience in B2B sales of at least 1-2 years, preferably in the Supermarket or retail industry in general.

- Cold calling

- Sales pitching

- Professional emailing

- Sales reporting and KPIs

- Basic knowledge of the main IT tools, such as GSuite and Microsoft Office

- Driving Licence (owning a car is not mandatory but a plus)

The required SOFT SKILLS are:

- Independent

- Teamworking

- Flexibility

- Curious and Pioneering attitude

- Excellent empathy and communication

LANGUAGES:

Portuguese (Native), English (fluent).

Speaking French is a small plus.
