Founded in 2016 Shopopop is a platform-based service aiming to connect private individuals who want to make side-money by delivering products (Shoppers) with Retailers that want to reach their customers in a fast and flexible way.

We mainly operate in the Grocery-supermarket industry, where we currently collaborate with more than 1500 retail stores serving over 300k customers.

After, Italy, Portugal and Benelux, Shopopop is now looking forward to European expansion and in search for talents for its founding team in Spain.

We believe in mutual trust between people and a sustainable economy future.

Post description

As you are part of the very first employees of Shopopop in Spain, you will have to be very hands on.

• Find the first partners to launch Shopopop in Spain (grocery sector)
• With the country manager, define the sales strategy (USP, pricing)
• During the 1st year, we will expect you to be on the field to understand the market
• Once we found our market sweet spot, you will have to gather talents to create a dedicated sales team.
• Work and learn with other sales managers (France, Italy, Portugal, Benelux)

Wanted profile

For this early stage position, we expect people with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

You are used to work with CRM (Hubspot or similar), Sales Navigator and your phone

Experience in the field of retail is appreciated (even better in groceries)

You are as ease with data (excel, Metabase...)
