To focus on IO E2E transformation

Conduct an e2e process improvement program covering all activities performed in IO aiming at harmonizing and optimizing cross department activities:

To support the needed evolutions relating to organisations, processes and infrastructure across the organisation

To ensure proper communication of the transformation programs in particular with regards to the end-state vision, ensuring full awareness of the programs

Support and foster change management within IO

To manage priorities within each transformation program

Senior engineer

MS/engineer degree

A good knowledge of industrial activities

An experience or a good mindset regarding program and change management

Ideally a good knowledge of cable manufacturing and/or assembly in a high level of reliability environment

Open minded

Creative

Software (ERP, production monitoring...)

Negotiation skills

Capability to listen and analyse

Willingness to solve complex issues
