Post description

The Regional Services Commercial Director is a commercial position within the ASN Services Department, reporting to the Services Commercial Director.

The focal point of the position is to be the customer commercial interface in the region and develop a permanent relationship with all existing and potential customers.

The Regional Services Commercial Director will then conduct bids, prepare Bids Strategy and Sales Guidelines for the region to ensure the development of the Services portfolio and increase the orders volume.

The secondary mission is to drive the Purchasers commercial negotiations related to the Project post PA deficiencies, claims, overdues and to obtain the final acceptance in due time. He is also supporting the Marine maintenance commercial activities in the region to anticipate the renewal of Marine Maintenance contracts and identify new business opportunities.

This role will be based in the Company’s offices in Villarceaux (France) and travels will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and supports the Bid & Sales strategy for services supporting also marine maintenance commercialactivities,
  • Develops the customerrelationship
  • Conducts bids preparation, presentation and negotiation up to contract inforce.

Wanted profil

  • Commercial experience in subseamarkets,
  • Solid experience in international contracts (legal aspects, terms & conditions, financing, risk analysis andmitigation)
  • Negotiation skills in international environment
  • Written and oral communicationsskills,
  • Ability to negotiate prices, to analyze market price & definestrategy
  • Ability to analyze, challenge and synthetizeinformation,
  • Quick adaptability to match Customerneeds,
  • Ability for teamwork and to shareinformation,
  • English proficiency. A second language such as Spanish would be aplus.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MSProject
  • Ability to travel worldwide even on a shortnotice
