What you will do

 As part of the Sales team, reporting to the Business Development Department, you are responsible for prospecting, managing and developing a mainly industrial customer portfolio.

After a period of training, you will be in charge of :

  • prospecting in your geographical area in line with the Group's Business Action Plan 
  • participating in Trade Shows and exploiting the leads of identified prospects
  • responding to calls for tenders, offering solutions with the support of the pre-project team, and negotiating them until formalization
  • handling the business relationshipwith Key Accounts, ensuring their development by identifying and analyzing their current and future needs.

Who we look for

Engineer, you have a minimum of 5 years work experience in highly technical systems (or customized solutions) sales within an industrial company, ideally in SMEs. 

You are recognized for your expertise in the technical and business relationship as well as in contractual management and for your decision-making ability.

Proactive, autonomous and persevering,endowed with a "system" spirit and the ability to analyze and synthetize, you are customer-oriented and able to develop and rigourously manage the business and contractual relationship with Key Accounts. 

Your ability to quickly identify, analyze complex technical needs, and your strength of conviction allow you to design the most appropriate solutions and sell them to our customers. 

Native Dutch Speaker, you are fluent in English and a good command in german is a plus.
