Your Missions
Technical Management
- Design and lead the technical deployment strategy of the unit
- Provide technical leadership for the unit
- Ensure the technical execution of projects
- Coordinate the technical team: technical manager, technical advisors
- Guarantee the technical and scientific quality of all projects and deliverables
- Organize and oversee the development of tools/methods required for project deployment in collaboration with the R&D department
- Ensure alignment and coherence between your unit’s missions and those of other units and departments within the group
Team Management
- Ensure alignment between project needs (skills and time) and available team resources
- Support the professional development of the technical team
- Facilitate internal team exchanges and collaboration
Financial Management
- Develop and oversee the technical and economic strategy of the unit
- Lead fundraising efforts for the unit
- Guarantee the unit’s profitability
- Conduct commercial prospecting to ensure long‑term sustainability and growth
Strategic & Policy Leadership
- Contribute to defining and implementing the company’s strategic and policy orientations
- Represent the company in strategic and political bodies
Marketing & Communication
- Promote and communicate the services and expertise of the unit and the group in coordination with the communications department
- Represent the company at public, technical, and scientific events (conferences, debates, congresses, media…)
Profile required
Education
- Agronomy engineer with at least 10 years of experience or equivalent
- Significant and recognized technical contribution to major projects
Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination
- Experience in team management and facilitation
Technical Skills
- Excellent technical and scientific expertise in your field
- Recognized nationally or internationally (publications, conference invitations…)
- Excellent written and oral scientific communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and unite stakeholders around a project
- Ability to promote and commercialize team expertise
- Strong budgetary and financial project management skills
- Strong interest and aptitude for team leadership
Cross‑Functional Skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomy and scientific rigor
- Strong interpersonal skills with farmers, cooperatives, and partners
- Ability to work in project mode and within multidisciplinary teams
