Afin de continuer à répondre aux besoins et attentes de notre écosystème, nous recherchons notre :

 

Assistant.e digital learning manager (H/F) en apprentissage

 

 

Rattaché.e à la Direction Formation et Savoir-faire au sein de CTC (7 personnes en interne, 35 formateurs), vous travaillerez sous la supervision par la cheffe de projet formation et ingénierie pédagogique.

 

Missions

  • Création de contenus attractifs de formation selon projets retenus en 2025 : modules rapid-learning, présentations animées via divers outils type Powtoon, storyline, rise...exemples : module histoire de la maroquinerie, les 10 idées reçues sur le cuir)
  • Participation à l’écriture de story-board et story-telling
  • Participation à la conception de parcours de formation sur LMS
  • Création de contenus visuels pour nos supports de formation print et digitaux (fiches synthèse, infographies)
  • Administration de plateforme LMS

Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer en fonction des projets en cours et futurs de CTC.

Profil recherché

Profil

  • Etudiant.e en BAC+4/Bac+5 Master Ingénierie Pédagogique, Conception

 

  • Maîtrise des outils Powtoon, de la suite Articulate (Storyline, Rise)
  • Maîtrise de la suite Adobe CC (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Première Pro, After-effect,…)
  • Sens de l’organisation
  • Gestion de projet digital
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise du français (principalement à l’écrit)

 

  • Sens du travail collaboratif
  • Aimer concevoir des contenus attractifs et percutants
  • Inventif.ve et créatif.ve
  • Rigoureux.se et curieux.se
  • Autonome
  • Force de proposition

Conditions

  • Contrat d’apprentissage à pourvoir dès septembre 2025 basé à Lyon 7 (Gerland) pour une durée de 12 mois.
  • Rémunération selon barème contrat d'apprentissage en vigueur

  • Prise en charge de l'abonnement transport à hauteur de 75%
