Within the Rankings, Strategic Studies, Accreditations & Quality Department, the Accreditation & Quality Officer is operationally responsible for the collection, reliability, analysis and reporting of the data required for the School’s national and international accreditation processes.
He/she contributes to the production of institutional deliverables, the monitoring of performance indicators, document management and the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives. He/she ensures compliance with the requirements of accreditation bodies and participates in strengthening the quality culture within the School. He/she also contributes to identifying risks and escalating alerts to the Department Management in order to ensure the quality of institutional data.
Main Responsibilities
Data Management and Reporting
- Collect data from the various departments and stakeholders and follow up where necessary.
- Ensure the reliability, consistency and traceability of the information collected.
- Consolidate and organise data in the formats required by accreditation bodies.
- Produce and update dashboards, indicators and reports.
- Maintain institutional databases relating to accreditations and quality.
Document Production and Deliverables
- Contribute to the drafting, structuring and formatting of institutional reports.
- Harmonise contributions from the various departments.
- Ensure that documents comply with the requirements of accreditation bodies.
- Prepare the materials required for audits, visits and external evaluations.
Document Management and Compliance
- Organise and update documentation relating to accreditations.
- Ensure the accessibility, consistency and traceability of reference documents.
- Participate in the formalisation and updating of internal procedures and processes.
Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to monitoring the recommendations issued by accreditation bodies.
- Update quality action plans.
- Contribute to monitoring continuous improvement actions.
- Participate in the development of tools and methods aimed at improving process efficiency.
- Regularly escalate identified alerts, difficulties and risks to the Rankings, Strategic Studies, Accreditations & Quality Department Management.
Institutional Collaboration
- Ensure the circulation of information relating to accreditations and quality.
- Support departments in collecting and understanding the data requested.
- Participate in the administrative and logistical organisation of audits and visits.
- Contribute to the dissemination of good practices in quality assurance.
Profile required
- With a Master’s-level qualification from a business school or university, or in quality management, project management or an equivalent field, you ideally have 4 to 5 years’ experience in higher education, a Grande École or an environment subject to evaluation, quality or compliance requirements.
- You have experience in accreditations, quality, institutional reporting, data management or document management. Knowledge of AACSB, EQUIS, EFMD, AMBA, HCERES/CEFDG, QUALIOPI or equivalent frameworks would be a significant advantage.
- You are proficient in Excel, office and collaborative tools, and have very strong writing skills in both French and English. Knowledge of Power BI, AI or data visualisation tools would be appreciated.
- Rigorous, autonomous and organised, you demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You are able to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-campus and international environment.
- Fluent French and fluent professional English are required.
