Post description
Within the International Relations and Partnerships Department, the successful candidate contributes to the development of the School's international strategy. They support the Department in coordinating activities, continuously improving processes, and deploying academic projects and international partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Department in coordinating activities and ensure the operational follow-up of strategic projects.
- Organise, coordinate and supervise processes related to student mobility while ensuring consistency across programmes (management of mobility campaigns and exchange/double-degree programme selection, harmonisation of Aurion processes and adaptation to new programmes such as Bachelor's mobility, management of short programmes, etc.).
- Coordinate with the School's departments and services (MiM and BIM programme offices, Admissions, Careers, etc.) on matters related to International Relations.
- Contribute to the improvement of procedures and the deployment of management tools (Campus Life, Dashboard).
- Participate in the development of new academic projects and international partnerships.
- Monitor partnerships, agreements and cooperation contracts.
- Produce reports (surveys, accreditations), indicators and analyses to support the Department's decision-making.
- Contribute to the department's activities, including welcoming international students, delegations, events and selection campaigns.
Profile required
- Master's degree in International Relations, Communication, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Fluent English; an additional language is an asset.
- Proven experience in international project management and/or student mobility.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities or projects.
- Strong analytical, organisational and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ability to work in an international environment.
