ESCP Business School is rapidly expanding its online certificate activity as part of an ambitious growth strategy.

To support this momentum, we are recruiting a Digital Learning Development Manager to contribute to the structuring, enrichment, and expansion of this strategic activity.

Within the Online Executive Business Unit, this role sits across several key areas, combining offer development, business contribution, community engagement, and academic structuring.

This position offers strong strategic exposure as well as real potential to grow into broader responsibilities in the medium term.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Offer development

  • Contribute to the evolution of existing online certificates
  • Design and launch new formats such as masterclasses, bootcamps, and hybrid learning experiences
  • Support the modularisation of programmes
  • Develop content for customised or open-enrolment programmes, in collaboration with other Business Units

Contribution to business development

  • Contribute to the development of B2B offers
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams on programme positioning
  • Help identify new growth opportunities
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging discussions

Development of the Online Executive community

  • Foster and engage the community of faculty involved in online programmes
  • Strengthen engagement among participants and certified alumni
  • Organise events such as webinars, hybrid events, and on-campus meet-ups
  • Contribute to editorial content, including newsletters and communications

Academic structuring and quality

  • Set up and monitor academic processes in line with Qualiopi and RNCP frameworks
  • Contribute to structuring learner pathways, from production to certification
  • Support the continuous improvement of learning formats and teaching methods
  • Ensure the overall consistency of the learner experience
Recrutement: Digital Learning Development Manager F/H chez ESCP Business School à Paris

Profile required

  • 5+ years of experience in higher education, executive education or learning development

  • Experience in program development or business-facing roles is a strong plus

  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a growing environment

  • Working languages: French and English

  • English English - Level advanced
