Within the Finance Department, you will lead the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) function with a clear objective: to strengthen process reliability, secure revenue streams, and improve operational performance in a complex European environment spanning multiple programs and legal entities.
This role sits at the heart of ESCP’s transformation agenda, with a direct impact on the quality of service delivered to students, corporate clients, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities:
Leading the Order-to-Cash cycle
• Overseeing contracting, sales recording, invoicing, and cash collection processes
• Ensuring the reliability, traceability, and compliance of flows, particularly in relation to revenue recognition
• Optimizing invoicing lead times and DSO
Transforming operations, systems, and data
• Standardizing and harmonizing processes across campuses
• Implementing robust internal controls to ensure auditability and compliance
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and simplification
• Acting as the functional lead for CRM, ERP, and billing tools
• Contributing to IT transformation projects, including the evolution of academic and finance ERP systems as well as CRM
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of revenue-related data
Performance management
• Defining and monitoring key indicators such as DSO, invoicing quality, lead times, and variances
• Contributing to the reliability of financial reporting and revenue forecasting
Management and coordination
• Leading and developing an international team
• Structuring practices and upskilling teams
• Serving as a key interface between Finance, Sales, Admissions, Programs, and IT
• Aligning practices and standards across the institution
Service quality and stakeholder relations
• Ensuring a professional, responsive, and consistent service for students, participants, and corporate clients
• Contributing to the overall quality of the experience and to ESCP’s reputation for excellence
Profile required
Profile sought
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, finance transformation, audit (Big Four), transaction services, or ERP/CRM implementation
• Proven experience in process transformation and systems deployment within an international multi-entity environment
• Strong command of O2C topics: contracting, invoicing, cash collection, revenue recognition, and collections management
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM environments (ideally SAP) and a strong affinity for data
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders, and move topics forward without direct managerial authority
• Excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills
• Fluency in both French and English is essential
