Within the Internship Services Department of ESCP Business School, the appointed person contributes to the administrative management of internships and professional experiences, in compliance with applicable regulations.

In addition, the role includes operational coordination and service organization responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflows, balanced workload distribution, and harmonized practices across campuses, without direct managerial authority.

The position contributes to service quality and to the collective effectiveness of the department, in a continuous improvement approach.

 

Main responsibilities :

1. Internship administration (approx. 70%)

  • Draft and formalize French-law internship agreements.

  • Monitor, review, approve and validate professional experience records (internship agreements and other types of contracts).

  • Respond to students, companies and internal departments regarding French internship regulations.

  • Deliver workshops and forums (in English and French) to present the department, JobTeaser, programme rules and French internship legislation.

  • Coordinate student records with programme administration teams and provide operational support to European campus internship services.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and to regulatory and operational developments within the department.

2. Operational coordination and service organization (approx. 30%)

Organizational coordination

  • Contribute to activity planning and workload allocation according to service priorities and peak periods.

  • Support the organization of on-site presence and duty schedules in line with operational needs.

  • Facilitate information flow and follow-up of operational decisions.

Operational monitoring

  • Monitor service activity indicators (volumes, processing times, pressure points) and raise alerts when adjustments are required.

  • Anticipate peak activity periods and contribute to priority adjustments.

Profile required

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), the candidate must have at least three years of professional experience in an intercultural environment (more than 60% international clientele).
  • Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a commitment to quality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on supporting diverse audiences will enable the successful completion of assigned tasks.
  • An interest in and proficiency with digital tools and information systems are indispensable. A good working knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required, given the regular exchanges in these two languages.
