Reporting to the Master in Management (MiM) Programme Director, the MiM Coordination, Communications and Events Manager contributes to strengthening cohesion across the MiM community and its various campuses.

The role ensures the smooth flow of information to students across all dedicated channels and coordinates the organisation of the programme’s events. Working closely with administrative and communications teams, campuses and external service providers, the role ensures the quality, consistency and effective delivery of initiatives for students and campuses.

 

Key Responsibilities

Inter-campus Coordination

  • Strengthen cohesion across the different campuses.

  • Organise and coordinate inter-campus events, including the MiM Seminar, Programme Office Meetings and other key programme events.

  • Prepare, facilitate and follow up on inter-campus meetings and POMs.

  • Ensure that general and specific information is effectively shared with the relevant campuses.

  • Maintain and ensure consistency across shared working tools used by all campuses, including the MiM Drive.

  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices, tools and information across teams.

  • Propose new formats, channels and methods to foster collaboration and cohesion across campuses.

Communications

  • Oversee the production and distribution of communication materials for students, including messages, presentations, videos (service presentations, director welcome messages, specialisation choices, etc.), digital content and information materials.

  • Coordinate the production, management and updating of MiM specialisation presentation videos for students.

  • Prepare and distribute communications and ensure consistency across the various communication channels, particularly Campuslife.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication materials and processes.

Event Organisation

  • Coordinate the organisation, development and delivery of the programme’s main events, including graduation ceremonies, academic kick-off events, the Designing Europe seminar and other ad hoc events.

  • Plan and coordinate events and ensure their successful delivery by managing each stage of the project.

  • Define timelines, logistical requirements and the resources required for each event.

  • Coordinate the teams involved across the different campuses and monitor the responsibilities assigned to each person involved.

  • Work with external service providers, including venues, caterers, agencies, technical suppliers and partners.

  • Oversee event delivery, conduct post-event reviews by gathering feedback from participants and teams, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.

  • Monitor trends in communications, events and student experience to propose innovative formats and initiatives.

MiM Events and Communications Team Management

  • Directly manage the Events and Communications Officer.

  • Define priorities, allocate responsibilities and monitor project progress.

  • Coordinate teams across the different campuses in the preparation and delivery of events.

Profile required

  • Experience in project coordination, event organisation and communications.

  • Excellent written and spoken French and English.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (Senior Management, technical teams, colleagues across all campuses, etc.) and to coordinate the teams involved in each project or event.

  • Ability to monitor projects across multiple teams and manage several priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent ability to work effectively under pressure, with responsiveness and adaptability.

  • Ability to take initiative, demonstrate creativity and propose new solutions.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to organise work, identify the tasks to be completed and determine the resources required to carry them out.
