As part of a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will join the Master of Science team and be responsible for the administrative, academic and operational management of one or more Master of Science programmes.

Working closely with academic teams, faculty members and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of programmes while providing an outstanding experience for students throughout their academic journey.

Through your contribution, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and reputation of ESCP's MSc programmes.

Key responsibilities :

Management of a Paris-based MSc programme

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Scientific Director, students, faculty members, external lecturers and partner campuses.
  • Prepare student timetables, manage data entry in Aurion and prepare lecturer contracts.
  • Coordinate teaching activities, including timetable updates, course materials and monitoring teaching hours.
  • Organise examinations and resit sessions and record grades in Aurion.
  • Coordinate the administration of research dissertations, including progress tracking, thesis defences and faculty payments.
  • Monitor the administrative follow-up of internships and professional experience.
  • Organise international and academic seminars.
  • Prepare graduation boards, academic records and follow up on deferred graduations and repeat years.
  • Prepare official certificates and other administrative documents.
  • Produce and verify academic transcripts.
  • Support the organisation of MSc orientation events and graduation ceremonies.
  • Coordinate admission interviews and monitor admissions, enrolment confirmations and deferred intakes.

Management of incoming programmes

  • Coordinate programme activities with the Scientific Director and the Programme Coordinator.
  • Organise welcome seminars for incoming students.
  • Prepare schedules and manage teaching administration, including contracts, expense claims and teaching hours.
  • Support students throughout their studies on the Paris campus and act as the main administrative contact.

Programme promotion

  • Contribute to the promotion of MSc programmes.
  • Represent ESCP at education fairs in France and internationally, both in person and online.
  • Participate in ESCP Open Days and programme recruitment events.

Profile required

You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.

You enjoy working collaboratively while being able to organise your workload independently.

You also bring:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word and Excel) and confidence using information systems.
  • Previous experience in higher education or an international environment would be an advantage.
