As part of its Bold & United 2026–2030 strategic plan, ESCP Business School is transforming its academic model through the creation of two complementary schools: ESCP School of Technology (2027), and ESCP School of Governance (2029).

 

Reporting to the General Management and the Director of the ESCP School of Governance Development Mission, the successful candidate will contribute to the launch and development of this major European strategic initiative. Working closely with senior leadership as well as leading academic and institutional partners, the role will support the structuring and deployment of this new School across ESCP's European campuses.

 

Key responsabilities :

  • Contribute to the deployment of the project across ESCP's six European campuses (Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw).
  • Coordinate interactions with stakeholders, including outreach, meeting organisation, preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up of action plans.
  • Develop and maintain a network of academic and institutional partners.
  • Organise events bringing together leaders from public and private organisations, diplomats and faculty members.
  • Support business plan monitoring through analysis, benchmarking and data updates.
  • Contribute to accreditation processes and relationships with ministries and public authorities.
  • Support the operational structuring and development of the School.

Regular travel across ESCP's European campuses is expected.

Profile required

  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience in an international, institutional, academic or consulting environment.
  • Master's degree in Political Science, Business, Law or International Relations, with a strong interest in international affairs, public policy or higher education.
  • Excellent command of English together with outstanding writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects involving senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to plan and deliver work autonomously, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in demanding, multicultural environments.
