As part of its Bold & United 2026–2030 strategic plan, ESCP Business School has embarked on a structural transformation aimed at evolving into a fully-fledged European university of management.
This ambition is built around three complementary schools:
- ESCP School of Business
- ESCP School of Technology (launch planned for 2027)
- ESCP School of Governance (launch planned for 2029)
Reporting directly to the Executive Management and the Director of the School of Governance’s preparatory project, the selected candidate will contribute to the creation and deployment of the School of Governance, working closely with senior leadership teams and high-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the rollout of the project across all European campuses (Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw), by organising meetings, facilitating exchanges, and contributing to the local implementation of the school (making initial contact, arranging appointments, taking minutes and reporting),
- Develop and maintain a network of academic and institutional partners in France and internationally (universities, public institutions, private sector stakeholders),
- Organise and participate in high-level events (committees, dinners, meetings) involving influential figures such as public decision-makers, executives, diplomats, and academics.
- Contribute to the monitoring and refinement of the business plan (market and environmental analysis, forecasting, data updates).
- Support accreditation processes and liaising with public institutions (in particular ministries and administrations).
- More broadly, contribute to the structuring and operational development of the School of Governance.
Regular travel across Europe is to be expected.
Profile required
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or an early-career professional with a degree in law, international relations, social sciences, management, or a related field.
A degree from a Business School would be considered an asset, though it is not a prerequisite.
