As part of the Campus Life team, you will be responsible for the operational, administrative and regulatory management of student societies across ESCP’s Paris sites.

You will support student societies in their activities and events, ensure compliance with procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulations, and contribute to an engaging, responsible and inclusive student experience.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative follow-up of student societies and support them with their procedures and projects.
  • Review funding applications and contribute to the management of facilities and resources made available to student societies.
  • Support student society committees and coordinate relevant training, particularly in relation to safety and risk prevention.
  • Coordinate student events, including scheduling, rooms, logistics, access and coordination with the relevant internal teams.
  • Identify and anticipate event-related risks and ensure compliance with ESCP rules and procedures.
  • Work closely with the School’s various departments and contribute to improving practices.
  • Monitor student society activities and help promote their initiatives.

Profile required

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in project management, administration, events management, student affairs, communications, social sciences, management or higher education.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, student societies or student affairs, events management or an institutional environment is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with particular attention to administrative accuracy.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, identify risks and prepare the information required to support decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and uphold decisions clearly and diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and reporting tools and strong written communication skills.
