Post description
As part of the Executive PHD & DBA China team and under the supervision of the programme manager, the intern assists with the day-to-day management of the programme, whilst actively contributing to admissions activities and promoting the programme to Chinese-speaking audiences on social media, in close alignment with the specific requirements of the academic partnership.
The role is set within a demanding, international and academic environment, involving direct interaction with senior executive participants, professors and institutional partners.
1- Admissions and Application Management
- Assisting with the processing of applications (preliminary screening of applications, verification of supporting documents) and helping to organise interviews (logistics, preparation of interview files)
- Updating application tracking tools (Excel)
2- Communication
- Creating digital content, managing and developing our presence on Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Preparing communication materials in coordination with partner agencies
3- Programme development & promotion in China
- Helping to organise events in China to promote the C-Suite and EMBA programmes
- Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives to raise the programme’s profile
- Supporting development and recruitment activities in the Chinese-speaking market
Profile required
- Master’s student (business school, university or equivalent)
- C1 level in Mandarin
- Very good level of professional English (C1)
- Interest in higher education, research and international academic environments
- Diligence, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in office software (Excel,PowerPoint);
- Some experience of Chinese social media is an advantage
