Post description
Within the Academic Department and Marketing team, the role is responsible for supporting operational marketing activities for the Bachelor and Master in Management programs. It contributes to campaign execution, event organization, and content creation to enhance program visibility and generate qualified leads.
The position also supports program promotion and prospect follow-up in collaboration with internal teams and target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operational marketing for academic programs
- Support the implementation and monitoring of existing marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to program visibility and SEO.
- Track program updates and support regular reporting with students, associations, and faculty.
Content creation
- Assist in creating communication materials.
- Adapt and repurpose existing materials (brochures, leaflets, etc.).
- Create digital content for campaigns (social media, infographics, etc.).
- Support video production (internal or external).
- Write blog articles.
Event organization
- Support the organization of digital and physical events.
- Assist with logistics and participation in open days, information sessions, school visits, and CPGE fairs.
- Contribute to the coordination of program-related events.
Prospect engagement
- Support the creation and follow-up of email campaigns for candidate recruitment.
- Participate in recruitment fairs organized by the Paris campus team.
Additional responsibilities
- Contribute to other ad hoc projects within the Marketing, Admissions, and Business Development Department.
Profile required
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3 equivalent) in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Interest in marketing, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable with digital tools: websites and social media.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively to assigned activities.
- Ability to take initiative and seek support when needed.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
One or two years apprenticeship contract starting in September 2026.
