Post description
Support the day-to-day activities of the Procurement Department by managing the administrative and operational aspects of purchasing, suppliers, contracts, tenders, invoicing, and reporting, in order to ensure business continuity and optimize expenditure.
Key Responsibilities

Create and monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP through to receipt.

Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplies to ensure timely fulfilment.

Manage administrative relationships with suppliers and maintain supplier master data and records.

Receive, review, and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, and prepare them for approval in coordination with the relevant departments.

Monitor payments in collaboration with the Accounting team and contribute to periodic financial closing activities.

Identify, track, and resolve discrepancies and disputes related to purchase orders, contracts, or invoices through to resolution.

Maintain dashboards, produce performance indicators and KPIs, and contribute to internal audits.

Act as a business partner to the IT and Real Estate teams, supporting and optimizing the entire process from requirements definition through to payment.
Profile required
Required Skills

Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP, and advanced Excel skills, including advanced functions and PivotTables.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and analytical thinking.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, Finance, Accounting, and suppliers.
Candidate Profile

Previous internship experience in a similar role.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred work-study schedule: 3 days in the company / 2 days at school, or 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school.
