Within the ESCP Business School apprenticeship department, the person in this role manages the administrative processes related to apprenticeships, working closely with internal teams, external bodies, companies, and apprentices.
The role ensures that contracts are properly implemented in compliance with current regulations, while facilitating administrative procedures for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Training and mobility agreements management:
- Monitor the preparation phase of apprenticeship contracts and training agreements before submission to funding bodies (OPCO)
- Liaise with OPCO organizations regarding contract funding
- Calculate prorated balances where applicable
- Manage short- and long-term mobility agreements (data verification, signatures, supporting documents, coordination with company, apprentice, and CFA)
- Support apprentices throughout administrative steps until contract signature
Coordination with CFA (training center):
- Follow up on contract preparation before submission to the CFA
- Transmit verified and collected contract information to the CFA
- Work closely with the CFA to resolve contract-related issues, ensuring proper funding
Collaboration with companies and internal teams:
- Act as the main point of contact for companies regarding apprenticeship contracts and agreements
- Coordinate and validate contractual data with stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory developments related to apprenticeships, especially mobility
Profile required
- Minimum 2-year degree and initial professional experience required
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and ensure accurate follow-up
- Strong listening and organizational skills
- Knowledge of higher education and apprenticeship systems is a plus
