The selected individual provides reliable operational support to the Admissions and Competitive Examinations Department during competitive examination periods (Prépa, Bachelor, Masters) and interview campaigns, particularly during peak activity.

The role is central to the admissions processes and contributes to the quality of the applicant experience as well as to the smooth running of operations, in line with the School’s standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational support for Prépa and CAD competitive examinations

  • Administrative review of application files (completeness, scholarship status, mandatory documents).

  • Preparation and distribution of files for interview panels.

  • Logistical preparation of written examinations:

    • Preparation of examination paper envelopes for the Prépa programme

    • Coordination with examiners and invigilation staff

  • Entry, verification and quality control of grades in dedicated systems.

  • Contribution to the overall logistical organisation of examinations, both in-person and online.

2. Support for the Parcoursup – Bachelor session

  • Assistance with application processing (data exports, sorting and formatting of tracking files).

  • Logistical support for the organisation of online selection interviews.

  • Preparation of applicant files for evaluation panels.

  • Entry and verification of grades and decisions.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Contribution to other competitive examinations and programmes: Bachelor, MiM, MSc

  • Support in processing application files.

  • Verification of file completeness and administrative follow-up with applicants.

  • Preparation of files for selection interviews.

  • Verification and entry of grades.

2. Cross-functional duties and team support

  • Verification of identity documents for confirmed applicants.

  • Administrative coordination of diploma verification with the service provider VerifDiploma.

  • Occasional support to the Admissions and Competitive Examinations team, particularly during peak periods.

Profile required

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor +3 years of higher education).

  • Full availability and commitment throughout the competitive examination period.

Skills and Expertise

  • Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of applications within tight deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in office tools and data processing (Excel, tracking tools).
