As part of its Bold & United 2026–2030 strategic plan, ESCP Business School is expanding through the creation of the School of Technology, a new school dedicated to educating future professionals who will address the challenges of innovation, artificial intelligence, data, and emerging technologies.

The School of Technology offers an ambitious portfolio of programmes for both degree-seeking students and professionals, drawing on ESCP's academic excellence and European ecosystem.

Joining this newly established school, the successful candidate will become part of a growing team and contribute to the launch and development of innovative programmes.

As Programme Coordinator, the successful candidate will oversee the administrative, academic and operational management of one or more programmes within the School of Technology. Acting as the main point of contact between students, faculty members and academic teams, the role ensures the smooth delivery of teaching activities while contributing to an outstanding student experience.

Through this role, the successful candidate will make a direct contribution to the success of the programmes and to the development of one of ESCP's strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative and operational delivery of several Bachelor's, Master's and Executive Education programmes.
  • Coordinate teaching activities, schedules and academic planning.
  • Support students throughout their academic journey and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Manage the administrative follow-up of permanent and adjunct faculty members.
  • Organise examinations, examination boards and key academic milestones.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of student records and academic data.
  • Work closely with academic departments, programme teams and support services to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes.
  • Contribute to major School events, including programme launches, graduation ceremonies and student events.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and the overall student experience.

Profile required

You are well organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You enjoy working collaboratively, are able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and place service excellence at the heart of everything you do.

You also bring the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bachelor's +3 to +5 years of higher education or equivalent).
  • Successful initial experience in programme management, administrative coordination, or project management, ideally within higher education.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence using information systems; knowledge of Aurion would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
