ESCP Business School – Executive Education is hiring a Senior Web Project Manager & Webmaster to lead the strategic redesign of its Executive Education website in an international, premium environment.

 

Key aspects of the role => You will lead a high-profile digital transformation project focused on business performance, user experience, and B2B/B2C conversion, using Drupal 10.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an audit of the existing site and lead the redesign: scoping, UX/UI, development, integrations, testing, and launch.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (CIO, marketing, communications,  Drupal agency).
  • Oversee the site’s technical architecture, performance, and security.
  • Define and implement the technical SEO strategy and analytics tracking (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
  • Optimize user journeys, conversion rates, and business KPIs.

Profile required

  • Master’s degree (digital, web, marketing, engineering).
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in technical web project management or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in Drupal (required), technical SEO, UX, analytics, and CRM integration.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen.
  • Professional English required.
