Within the Master 1 Student Services team, the successful candidate coordinates and oversees all academic administration for students enrolled in the ESCP/CEIBS Double Degree of the Master in Management programme. The role serves as the main point of contact for CEIBS, academic departments, administrative services and students.
The position contributes to delivering a high-quality student experience by ensuring smooth academic administration, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and supporting the efficient operation of the Master 1 Programme Office.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and launch of the double degree programme, including administrative processes and coordination between departments and the partner institution.
- Monitor students' academic progress through to graduation (courses, examinations, resit examinations, etc.).
- Provide information and guidance to ESCP/CEIBS double degree students throughout their academic journey and support them with procedures involving various departments (Visa Office, Student Affairs, etc.).
- Organise the election of student representatives who will act as key contacts for the Student Services team.
- Serve as the main academic contact for the partner institution and contribute to maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
- Manage the administrative processes relating to teaching staff and monitor teaching hours.
- Prepare academic monitoring committee meetings.
- Contribute to the organisation of major academic events, including orientation sessions, graduation ceremonies and seminars.
- Contribute actively to the day-to-day operation of the Master 1 Programme Office and support the smooth running of academic administration.
- Support the wider activities of the department and Directorate according to operational needs.
Profile required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required. You have at least three years of significant professional experience in an intercultural environment (with more than 60% international students). Previous international experience would be an asset for this role.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

A genuine interest in and ease with digital tools and information systems are required.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills will enable you to succeed in this position.

You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the role involves frequent interaction with students and colleagues in both languages.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and database management tools.
