  • Monitor key account portals (e.g. Amazon, Saks) to track, dispute, and resolve chargebacks
  • Analyze root causes of deductions and implement corrective actions to minimize revenue leakage

3. Commercial Operations & Sales Support

  • Maintain and update digital product catalogs across retail platforms (GSX, Intertrade, etc.)
  • Support sales teams by preparing accurate product data, imagery, and order-specific documentation
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution with retail partners to support sell-in activities

4. Systems, EDI & Data Integrity

  • Oversee EDI workflows to ensure accurate and compliant data exchange with major US retailers
  • Manage and monitor WMS data flows to guarantee alignment between warehouse, orders, and invoicing
  • Act as a key point of control for data accuracy across systems, ensuring consistency and reliability

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
