Post description

  • Technical Account Operations: Be responsible of the day-to-day operations of UK retailer account(s). Coordinate and execute tasks required to enable successful product launches. Keep up to date on any upcoming changes, summaries and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communication & Relationships: Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customer and manufacturing sites.
  • Food Labelling & Safety Compliance: Understanding and working knowledge of food labelling with UK retailers’ specifications and artworks. Ensure approvals, labelling and quality aspects are completed in compliance with relevant standards, regulations and in timely manner.
  • Complaint Management: Monitor, log and report complaints, CPMUs, online reviews and emerging trends. Coordinate investigations and follow ups with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assist or conduct assigned quality projects, research and submissions. Where relevant involve other team members or external bodies. Carry out reasonable tasks as directed by the Line Manager to achieve quality objectives.
  • Quality Admin & Process Improvement: Prepare and maintain records and documentation. Suggest improvements and aid in the implementation of processes or procedures.
  • Audits & Technical Visits: Support site audits when needed either in person or remotely. Assist in onboarding of new suppliers, sites and warehouses.

Profile required

  • Able to demonstrate food manufacturing experience within relevant quality roles across retail, FMCG.
  • Working knowledge with UK OL retailers covering, food labelling and specification, artwork coordination and approval, food safety is essential.
  • Passionate and organised with good prioritisation skills
  • Fine attention to details and accuracy
  • Fluent communicator in written and spoken English with a professional manner is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in French and Driving Licence are plus, but not essential.
