Post description

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities within assigned product categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, supplier performance and alignment with Group purchasing strategies.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead supplier negotiations on prices, terms and commercial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
  • Identify and source new suppliers to support business growth.
  • Conduct market analyses and manage RFQ processes.
  • Support category and product range development.
  • Monitor supplier quality and manage claims when required.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Product, Sales and Quality teams.
  • Contribute to sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives across the purchasing function.

 

Location: Landvetter, Sweden
Contract: Permanent position (Full-time)

Profile required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Solid analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Experience with sourcing and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluency in English; Swedish preferred
