Description du poste

Relais RH de proximité, vous accompagnez les managers et les équipes sur l'ensemble des sujets RH afin de soutenir la performance de l'entreprise et le développement des collaborateurs garantissant ainsi la bonne application des politiques et processus RH sur votre périmètre. Vous intégrez un service Ressources Humaines en transformation et aurez la possibilité de participer à des projets RH de type gestion des temps, SIRH…

 

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

Accompagnement des managers

  • Conseiller les managers sur les sujets RH : recrutement, développement des compétences, rémunération, performance, formation et relations individuelles.
  • Accompagner les évolutions d'organisation et les projets de transformation.

Recrutement et gestion des talents

  • Accompagner les recrutements de votre périmètre (participer à la sélection des candidats).
  • Favoriser la mobilité interne et le développement des compétences.
  • Accompagner les managers dans l'élaboration des plans de développement et de formation.

Déploiement des processus RH

  • Mettre en œuvre les campagnes de revue salariale et de gestion de la performance.
  • Assurer le suivi des effectifs et de la masse salariale.
  • Garantir l'application des politiques RH et du droit social.
  • Participer au projet

Missions opérationnelles terrain : Gestion du personnel, gestion des temps

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines ou Droit Social.
  • Expérience 5/8 ans en tant que HR Business Partner ou Responsable RH généraliste en environnement industriel.
  • Profil opérationnel, orienté actions et résultats dans un service RH en construction des process et développement des outils (en transformation).
  • Anglais lu écrit parlé
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens du conseil et capacité à accompagner le changement.
  • Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et orientation résultats.

Poste à pourvoir en CDD (1 an), démarrage souhaité septembre 2026.

Poste basé à Javené, rattaché à la RRH France.
