Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Contrôle Qualité Produit, vos missions sont les suivantes : 

 

• Réaliser les contrôles microbiologiques de produits finis (dénombrements bactériens / levures et moisissures),

• Réaliser les contrôles microbiologiques en cours de fabrication (IPC),
• Réaliser les contrôles microbiologiques des zones à atmosphère contrôlée (air, surfaces des équipements de production,…),
• Réaliser les prélèvements et les contrôles microbiologiques et chimiques des utilités (eau purifiée, alcool),
• Connaître les principaux tests biochimiques permettant une identification des germes détectés,
• Réaliser les investigations en cas de résultats hors tendance ou hors spécifications,
• Renseigner les rapports d’analyse et tout autre document d’enregistrement sous Assurance Qualité, dans le respect des BPF/BPL,

• Renseigner les résultats dans l’outil LIMS du laboratoire,

•Tracer les événements Qualité (résultats hors spécifications, déviation) dans l’outil GED du site,
• Participer à l’entretien des équipements de laboratoire dédiés aux contrôles microbiologiques,
• Participer à la gestion des stocks : réactifs, milieux de culture, consommables….

 

 

Profil recherché

De formation Bac +2 en microbiologie, vous justifiez d'une première expérience de 3 à 5 ans en contrôle qualité microbiologique dans un laboratoire pharmaceutique. Rigoureux/se et organisé/e, votre esprit d'analyse vous permettra de mener à bien cette mission.

Ces postes nécessitent d’appliquer strictement des procédures et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité ainsi que de respecter les Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire (BPL) de l’industrie pharmaceutique.

Des compétences rédactionnelles sont requises, incluant une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
