About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and structured V.I.E Project Manager / Operations Analyst to support our international project activities between France and Germany.

 

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, directly contributing to operational efficiency, data analysis, and process improvement across different teams.

You will act as a bridge between the French and German organizations, supporting the International Project Manager in coordinating daily operations, implementing internal control processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

 

Main Responsibilities

· Operational Support: Assist the International Project Manager in daily activities, coordination, and reporting.

· Internal Control Implementation: Support the setup and follow-up of internal control processes and compliance actions.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, structure, and analyze operational and business data to support decision-making.

· Communication & Coordination: Serve as an interface between French and German teams, as well as with international stakeholders and clients.

· Organizational Support: Contribute to defining internal policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

The profil we're looking for

Education

· Ideally, have a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Management, or a similar field.

· 2-3 years experience in project coordination, operations, or business analysis is a plus.

· We are open to candidates with diverse professional backgrounds, preferably with experience in the financial services, insurance, or banking industries, and a strong motivation to work in an international environment.

 

Languages:

German : Fluent to native level (essential for the job)

English : Excellent written and spoken skills (mandatory too)

French: A plus, but not mandatory

 

Technical and Professional Skills

· Solid understanding of business operations and organizational processes.

· Strong analytical skills and a good command of data and reporting tools is a plus.

· Good knowledge of IT tools and digital collaboration platforms.

 

Soft skills

· Excellent communication skills across cultures and departments.

· Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-changing environment.

· Strong organizational mindset and sense of responsibility.

· Team-oriented, with the capacity to adapt to new challenges and contexts quickly.

· Ability to work across multiple topics and entities simultaneously. (be versatile)
