Position description
La Compagnie is currently seeking qualified and motivated First Officers for its Airbus A321 fleet, based in Paris-Orly. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline renowned for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations.
Selection Process :
The selection day will be held on December 1st, 2025.
Following an initial interview, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical knowledge assessment.
Candidates who achieve a score of 80% or above, and are subsequently selected, will be invited to participate in a simulator assessment, which will take place during the night of December 2nd to December 3rd, 2025.
The selected candidates must possess a valid A320 Type Rating at the time of joining.
Profile required
Experience, skills and Personal Attributes:
- Must hold a valid ATPL or a valid CPL with frozen ATPL
- Must hold a valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
- Must hold a valid Airbus Type Rating.
- Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
- Airbus Experience: Minimum 500 hours
- Airbus FBW experience
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): Minimum Level 5.
- French Language Proficiency (FLP): Level 6.
- History: No history of accidents or incidents.
- Records: No criminal records and no security restrictions.
- Applicants holding a valid U.S. entry visa will be given favorable consideration.
