France Prune et la Coopérative de Montcuq recrutent un/e Chef d'équipe (fe) de station de séchage Prunes.

 

Description du poste

Vous encadrez une équipe de 15 personnes. Pour cela vous supervisez les opérations d'enclayage/déclayage et de séchage. Vous coordonnez le travail de réception et le planning du personnel. Vous vous assurez que les conditions de travail en sécurité soient respectées.

 

CDD saisonnier de 6 semaines pouvant évoluer, en fonction de la mobilité, sur du long terme sur un poste dans notre usine de Casseneuil (47). 

 

Août à Septembre 2026. Lundi au Dimanche avec 1 jour de repos par semaine. Jusqu’à 60h semaine - Heures supplémentaires payées et prime d’assiduité.

Profil recherché

Expérimenté sur des missions de Chef d'équipe en milieu industriel ou agricole. Vous êtes diplomé ou disposez d'affinités particulières en mécanique agricole et/ou en automatisme.

Organisé, communiquant, dynamique, vous faites preuve d'initiatives et de responsabilités.
