- Nemea Appart'Hôtel : appartements équipés en centre-ville et centres d’affaires avec services hôteliers.

Description du poste

Rattaché à la Responsable Commerciale groupe du pôle Appart'hôtel, vous êtes en charge de :

- Répondre au téléphone à nos clients et effectuer la saisie des réservations

- Gérer l’accueil téléphonique et la boîte mail du service

- Répondre aux réclamations de nos clients

- Gérer les demandes de réservation de groupe notamment.

 

 

Profil recherché

Profil BTS Assistant gestion

Bon niveau en anglais

Bonne élocution / qualité rédactionnelle

Vous êtes organisé et méthodique

 

Poste à pourvoir en CDI à temps complet.

Salaire sur 13 mois.

Mutuelle et prévoyance d'entreprise.
