Nous recherchons pour l’un de nosclients un(e) Chargé(e) Documentation Export (H/F) dans le cadre d’un remplacement.

 

Vos missions :

  • Assurer la gestion de la documentation export en lien avec un centre de service partagé
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et garantir la qualité de service
  • Suivre et optimiser les process afin d’améliorer la satisfaction client
  • Gérer les anomalies et résoudre les problématiques en lien avec les équipes à distance
  • Analyser les KPIs et proposer des actions d’amélioration
  • Promouvoir les solutions E-commerce auprès des clients

 

Conditions :

  • Poste à pourvoir immédiatement
  • Mission en remplacement (durée non définie)
  • Rémunération : 29 000€ à 31 000€ brut annuel 

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en documentation export (compagnie maritime idéalement)
  • Bon niveau d’anglais (échanges quotidiens à l’écrit et à l’oral)
  • Sens du service client et excellente communication
  • Esprit d’analyse et force de proposition
  • Autonomie, organisation et réactivité
