Description du poste

Vos missions principales

  • Saisir les commandes dans le système d’information interne selon les instructions clients (positionnements en carrier haulage), en coordination avec le service logistique
  • Assurer la saisie et le suivi de la taxation des opérations de transport
  • Vérifier la conformité du statut douanier des marchandises avant livraison
  • Suivre l’ensemble des opérations jusqu’à la livraison finale
  • Valider les bons à délivrer (waybills) à la demande des clients
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients grands comptes et assurer la diffusion des informations opérationnelles
  • Suivre et traiter les dysfonctionnements opérationnels
  • Commercialiser des prestations annexes liées au transport maritime auprès de votre portefeuille clients

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Commerce International, Logistique ou équivalent
  • Première expérience souhaitée sur un poste similaire (transport, logistique, service client import/export)
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des systèmes d’information
  • Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral)
  • Sens du service client et aisance relationnelle
  • Organisation, rigueur, réactivité
  • Autonomie et gestion des priorités
