Description du poste

Dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité des aliments, vous assurez les missions suivantes : 

- Réalisation des étapes de lavage : prélavage, lavage, désinfection, rinçage

- Réalisation et enregistrement des opérations de contrôle qualité (contrôle visuel, sanitation) 

- Réalisation du démontage et remontage de certaines machines 

Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d'une bonne connaissance des techniques de lavage, des matériels de nettoyage et des produits d'hygiène dans le secteur agroalimentaire,

Vous connaissez la règlementation applicable en termes d'hygiène et de sécurité,

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) dans votre travail.
