Description du poste

Votre agence Norman Recrutement de Romagné (35) recrute un chef de chantier revêtement (H/F).

Vos missions

En tant que Chef de Chantier, vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement des travaux sur site. Vos principales missions seront :

  • Organiser, planifier et suivre l’avancement du chantier

  • Encadrer les équipes sur le terrain (ouvriers, intérimaires, sous-traitants)

  • Veiller à la bonne application des règles de sécurité

  • Gérer l’approvisionnement en matériaux et matériels

  • Assurer les relations avec les différents intervenants (conducteur de travaux, bureau d'études, clients, fournisseurs…)

  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés et garantir les délais

  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et faire un reporting régulier à la hiérarchie

Profil recherché

Qualifications : 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

  • Formation dans le BTP (CAP à Bac+2 ou équivalent)

Compétences requises : 👩‍💼👨‍💼

  • Compétences en gestion, management et planification. 
  • Expérience significative sur un poste similaire (chef d’équipe ou chef de chantier)
  • Expérience similaire d'au moins 5 ans
  • Maîtrise des outils de suivi de chantier (planning, rapports, etc.)
