Description du poste

Votre agence Norman Recrutement de Romagné (35) recrute un chef d'équipe canalisation et réseaux (H/F). 

 

Vos conditions de travail :

 

  • Type de contrat : CDI
  • Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 39h
  • Localisation : Val-Couesnon - Chantiers locaux

Vos missions principales :

  • Organiser, planifier et suivre les opérations de canalisation et d'intervention sur réseaux (eau, électricité, télécom, etc.)

  • Coordonner et encadrer une équipe d’ouvriers sur le terrain

  • Assurer le bon déroulement du chantier, du balisage au repli

  • Veiller à l’application stricte des consignes de sécurité (port des EPI, balisage, etc.)

  • Gérer les outillages, les matériaux et les approvisionnements

  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du responsable hiérarchique

  • Lire et interpréter les plans techniques

  • Participer aux tâches opérationnelles si besoin

Profil recherché

Le profil recherché :👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

  • Expérience réussie en tant que chef d’équipe dans les domaines des travaux publics

  • Maîtrise des règles de sécurité liées aux travaux sur réseaux

  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et leadership naturel

  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe

Certifications souhaitées :

✅ AIPR Encadrant
✅ CACES R482 catégorie A ou B1
🚗 Permis B
