Description du poste

Votre agence NORMAN RECRUTEMENT de Romagné (35) recrute un Pilote de centrale à enrobés à chaud (H/F).

 

Basé en carrière et au cœur du process industriel, votre rôle est de lancer et de suivre les productions d’enrobés dans le respect des cahiers des charges.

Un plan de formation adapté à votre profil sera établi.

Vos missions :

  • Accueillir les commandes clients,
  • Gèrer le planning de production,
  • Approvisionner les matières premières,
  • Piloter l’installation,
  • Réaliser l’entretien et la maintenance de premier niveau,
  • Assurer un service client de qualité

Profil recherché

Profil recherché:

  • Vous avez le CACES R.482 C1 et êtes expérimentés
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans le secteur des Carrières, Travaux Publics et/ou dans le pilotage de ligne industrielle.
  • Vous appréciez travailler dans un environnement de production d’un matériau vivant, tout en gardant un lien fort avec les clients.
  • Vous avez idéalement des connaissances en Mécanique et/ou Maintenance Technique, Conduite d'installations.
  • L'autonomie, la rigueur, l'esprit de synthèse et l'esprit d'équipe sont les qualités nécessaires pour mener à bien cette mission.
