Description du poste

Nous recrutons un(e) Découpeur/Accrocheur de canards, secteur Maubourguet.

Rattaché au responsable de ligne/de site Presta Breizh, vous êtes positionné(e) sur la ligne de production, et aurez notamment pour missions :

A l'accrochage :

  • Suspendre le produit et le saigner dans le respect du cahier des charges du client ;
  • Suivre les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité sur le poste.

 

A la découpe : 

  • Découpe et désossage de canards ;
  • Suivre les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité sur le poste
