Job description

Who are we looking for?
A fun colleague that loves to give a good service to our Partners and Shoppers over the phone. It is important that you like to be in contact with people and like to do the administrative tasks related to the job. 

Shopopop has been in full development in Europe since the end of last year. That is why we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic employee to expand our customer service. In the first place you will be the point of contact for the Shoppers and customers. You will be responsible for the overall satisfaction of our community and the management of our various communication channels.

Your missions:
- Respond to questions from our community via phone, chat and email
- Understand the problems of our community and be the link between all parties
- Manage the smooth progress of deliveries. You make everything run smoothly
- Solve problems, guarantee customer satisfaction, report problems
- Thinking about points for improvement to strengthen internal processes

Your skills are:
A diploma is not the most important thing for this role. We are looking for someone that wants to sink their teeth into a job with our customer service. Above all, you have to want to make a difference and dare to talk. We are looking for social animals and born helpers.

- A native Dutch or French speaker with a very good level of the second national language (French/ Dutch)
- You have an appeal to the world of start-ups and dynamic work environments.
- You are comfortable on the phone and on the computer
- You are organised, independent and versatile.
- You have good social and writing skills (no d/t errors mistakes in Dutch) ;-)
- You are a fast learner and flexible
- You reason logically and think proactively in all respects


You are not afraid of flexible hours. Our customer service is active from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
We can offer you a fixed timetable, or we are also flexible according to your preference.
