Founded in 2016, Shopopop is a platform-based service aiming to connect private individuals who want to make side-money by delivering products with Retailers that want to reach their customers in a fast and flexible way.

Shopopop is willing to grow its international exposure to become a truly European company. Today the aim is to have more than 50% of deliveries made abroad by the end of 2025.

To achieve this goal, we need to deploy our strong sales strategy in order to grow fast.

The main mission for Country managers is to sign agreements with major grocery retailers and get the traction to make a successful business locally.

You are expected to help CM to crack new key accounts (major grocery retailers) to reach sales efficiency for existing accounts and inside sales (SMBs).

You will be the single point of contact to get support from the group.

Your direct colleagues are the people dealing with international operations (Marketing and customer support).
You will be part of the “group” team: HR, Finance, Product, Tech, Marketing and customer support.

Missions:

• Support country managers in the growth of the business locally, bringing and enabling sales process (Field + Inside)

• Be the voice of the CM at the COMEX

• Coordinate between Country Managers and help them to close deals.

• You will be in charge of developing the partnerships with Carrefour and Auchan

• You are focused and result oriented

• Reporting directly to the CEO

• You will adapt your follow up strategy based on the maturity of each market.
