The job

📣Alongside our team in Germany and led by the group marketing department, the role of our future digital marketing specialist on a daily basis will be to help Steffen in the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.

The group marketing department is the team that takes care of implementing the marketing and communication strategy of the company.

🎯Our ambition is clear: become the reference in European internal communication and one day worldwide.

The missions:

Your role will be to implement the global marketing and communication strategy at a local level, in relation with the various expertises of the headquarters.

As such, your missions will be to 👇🏻:

• Create and optimise advertising campaigns (Social Ads, Search Ads...)

• Create an inbound marketing strategy

• Increase traffic to the website via SEO and be a referent for the website content

• Manage and animate the local social network accounts

• Promote and organise on/offline marketing actions: webinars, seminars, trade shows, events, mailing campaigns, etc.

• Analyse the performance indicators and implement corrective actions with headquarters

• Report the specificities of the market to the head office (expectations product features, personas...)

The position is based in Frankfurt and is available immediately

Type of contract: indefinite duration

The profile we are looking for

To accomplish all these missions: 🔎

👉🏻Must have

• You are an expert in marketing, especially in online marketing on B2B market

• You are bilingual in english and german

• You are used to manage project and people say about you that you are rigorous and proactive

👌🏻Nice to have

• A first experience in the professional world in a similar position

• You are curious: to keep up to date on new acquisition trends
