The job
๐ฃAlongside our team in Germany and with the support of our head office in France, the role of our future SDR on a daily basis will be to help Steffen in the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.
๐ฏTo do this, your daily job is to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using three main levers: via companies requesting a demo directly on our website, via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing through the work of the digital marketing specialist.
This is now a key department at Steeple because it is a position at the base of the business with a perfect knowledge of the market and the targets.
On a day-to-day basis, the role of the SDR at Steeple is to understand the issues of the prospects related to internal communication, how they are structured and to understand what their problems are.
The missions:
As such, your missions will be to ๐๐ป:

Preparation of telephone campaigns in the B2B area. Analyze and understand the working methods of potential customers (German companies)

Implementation of telephone campaigns in the B2B area: Active telephone calls to arouse the interest of potential customers in Steeple and the communication solution. As well as arranging demo appointments for the sales staff (outbound)

Collecting and recording customer information during and outside of the phone calls with the aim of recording initial problems in employee communication with potential customers

Support for business developer and marketing specialists
The position is based in Frankfurt and is available immediately
