Post description

We are seeking our future Inside Sales representative to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Sales Manager Italy, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal customer experience in answering reactively to incoming requests with the objective to develop a business relationship. You will contribute to a proactive accounts acquisition and development by providing feedback on requests and customer qualification to the Sales Manager.  Within the office, you will work closely with the Product Management Team (PMT) to ensure responsiveness to our customers.

 

A background in Life Sciences (Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences e.g.) is essential for success in this role.


Answers to incoming requests with an optimal customer experience

  • Answers to incoming requests
  • Initiates contacts with relevant stakeholders in the assigned accounts
  • Initiates the sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements
  • Participates in all sales activities, from lead to order, including account acquisition actions
  • Maintains accurate records in the CRM to keep track of contact persons & responsibilities, corporate news on the account, interactions with the account, …

 Develop Business in assigned existing accounts

  • Strengthens client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, develops the relationships and contracts
  • Communicates with all stakeholders to understand their needs and explains Tebubio value proposal, initiates opportunities & closes sales
  • Maintains accurate client records, keeps track of all relevant interactions, contract updates and renewals



This position is open to hybrid working. Our office is located in Magenta, near Milan. 

It involves occasional travels outside of the territory to meet colleagues and customers, attend corporate meetings.

Profile required

To succeed in this position, you must have :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in life sciences.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Initial experience in sales or customer relations is a plus.
  • Driving license is mandatory.
  • Soft skills : autonomy, ability to work with multiple and varied contacts, communication skills, intellectual curiosity, proactivity, organizational skills, sense of teamwork.
