We are a designer and manufacturer of industrial machines, working on custom-made robotic solutions to meet all of our clients’ requirements, mainly in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.

 

The group currently consists of two companies across three production sites :

  • UNISTA located in Vendée, has historically specialized in bottle unscrambling machines, palletizing, case packing, and depalletizing solutions.

  • UNISTA near Nantes (formerly Robot System), has historically specialized in custom robotic machines.

  • MACH'TEL near Le Mans, has historically specialized in assembly machines.

Tes missions

  • Concevoir des ensembles mécaniques dans le respect du cahier des charges fixé par le client en respectant le budget prévu.
  • Réaliser le suivi des machines au montage et à la mise au point pour s’assurer de la qualité technique et esthétique de l'ensemble.
  • Innover et participer à l'amélioration continue des dispositifs existants.
  • Maintenir à jour le dossier technique et réaliser les notices clients.

Une période de formation sera prévue dès ton arrivée afin d'assimiler les notions nécessaires.

Profil recherché

De formation en mécanique, tu maîtrises la conception mécanique en 3D (Solidworks), idéalement dans le secteur de la machine spéciale.

Autonome avec ton équipe de la conception de la machine jusqu'à l'installation de la machine chez le client, une base de connaissances en électrique, pneumatique et robotique sera utile.
